This sweet, yet spicy sugar will make magic out of a cup of hot/cold tea or coffee, pies, cakes, ice cream, or anything else that your sweet tooth fancies. 


The ginger that went into this infused sugar was grown on our farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina. There are three types of ginger that infuse this blend: fermented, raw, and candied.
